1. Order Cancellation
1.1 Customer Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time before production begins. To cancel, please contact us immediately via:

1.2 Cancellation Time Limits
- Before Production: Full refund available
- During Production: Cancellation may not be possible, or subject to production costs
- After Production: Order cannot be cancelled, only return/exchange may be possible
1.3 PrintDesk Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel orders in exceptional circumstances such as:
- Inability to complete order due to technical issues
- Unavailability of required materials
- Customer request for illegal or inappropriate content
- Non-payment after reasonable notice
In such cases, you will receive a full refund if payment was made.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Full Refund
You are entitled to a full refund if:
- Order is cancelled before production begins
- We cancel the order due to our error or circumstances
- Product received is significantly different from what was ordered
- Product is defective due to our error
2.2 Partial Refund
Partial refunds may apply if:
- Production has started but can be stopped
- Only part of the order is affected by issues
- You request changes after approval that incur additional costs
2.3 No Refund
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Orders completed and delivered as per specification
- Customer-approved designs with errors (customer's responsibility)
- Change of mind after production completion
- Delays caused by customer (e.g., late design approval)
3. Refund Process
3.1 Refund Request
To request a refund, contact us with:
- Order number
- Reason for refund request
- Payment proof (if applicable)
3.2 Refund Timeline
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after approval
- Payment Method: Refunded to original payment method
- Online Payments: 5-10 business days to reflect in account
- Cash Payments: Cash refund or bank transfer within 7 days
3.3 Refund Methods
Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used:
- Online payments (UPI, PayU, Razorpay, PhonePe) → Refund to same account
- Bank transfer → Refund to provided bank account
- Cash → Cash refund or bank transfer
4. Return & Exchange Policy
4.1 Returns
Returns are accepted only for:
- Defective products (our error)
- Wrong product delivered
- Significant quality issues
Items must be returned within 24 hours of delivery/collection. Items must be in original condition.
4.2 Exchanges
Exchanges may be possible for:
- Size/quantity errors (our mistake)
- Print quality issues
Exchanges subject to availability and may incur additional charges for reprinting.
5. Special Cases
5.1 Custom/Personalized Orders
Custom or personalized orders cannot be cancelled or returned once production begins, unless there's a defect in our work.
5.2 Bulk Orders
For bulk orders, cancellation terms will be discussed and agreed upon at the time of order placement.
