You can collect your order directly from our store:
- Cost: Free of charge
- Location: Our store in Hyderabad
- Timing: Monday to Saturday, 9 AM - 8 PM
- Notification: We'll notify you via WhatsApp when your order is ready
1.2 Home/Office Delivery
We offer delivery services for your convenience:
- Cost: Charges apply based on distance and order size
- Areas: Hyderabad and surrounding areas
- Timing: Delivery within 1-3 business days after order completion
- Tracking: You'll receive delivery updates via WhatsApp
2. Delivery Timeframes
2.1 Standard Orders
- Documents/Copies: Same day or next day
- Business Cards: 2-3 business days
- Brochures/Flyers: 3-5 business days
- Banners/Flex: 5-7 business days
2.2 Rush Orders
Need it faster? We offer rush service for urgent orders. Rush fees apply and will be discussed at the time of order placement.

5. Delivery Process
- Order Confirmation: You receive order confirmation with order number
- Production: Order enters production (estimated time provided)
- Ready Notification: You're notified when order is ready
- Delivery/Pickup: Choose delivery or pickup option
- Completion: Order delivered or collected
6. Delivery Issues
6.1 Delayed Delivery
If your order is delayed, we will:
- Notify you immediately about the delay
- Provide a new estimated delivery date
- Offer rush processing if needed
6.2 Damaged Items
If items are damaged during delivery:
- Report within 24 hours of delivery
- We'll arrange replacement or refund
- No additional charges for replacement
7. International Shipping
Currently, we provide delivery services within Hyderabad and surrounding areas. International shipping is not available at this time.
