PrintDesk is a professional printing service. We provide:
Orders can be placed through our website, WhatsApp, or in person at our store. All orders are subject to acceptance by PrintDesk.
Once we receive your order, you will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp or email. This confirmation includes your order number, items, quantities, and estimated delivery date.
You may request modifications to your order before production begins. Once printing has started, changes may not be possible or may incur additional charges.
All prices provided through our website or chatbot are estimates. Final pricing will be confirmed before production begins and may vary based on specifications, quantity, and customization requirements.
Orders can be cancelled before production begins for a full refund. Once printing has started, cancellations may not be possible, or may be subject to production costs already incurred.
You are responsible for providing print-ready files or clear instructions for design. We accept PDF, JPG, PNG, AI, PSD, and CDR formats. Files should be high-resolution (minimum 300 DPI).
We will send a digital proof for your approval before printing. You must review and approve the design. Any errors in the approved design are your responsibility.
You warrant that you own or have the right to use all content, images, and designs provided. PrintDesk is not responsible for copyright infringement by customers.
We strive to meet delivery deadlines, but times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to design approval time, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Please verify your order immediately upon collection or delivery. Report any issues within 24 hours. After 24 hours, the order is considered accepted.
We maintain high quality standards for all our printing work. However, slight variations in color reproduction are normal due to differences in screens, printers, and materials.
If your order has printing defects (our error), we will reprint at no additional cost. You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Errors in customer-approved designs, spelling mistakes, or incorrect information provided by you are not our responsibility. Reprints for such errors will be charged at regular rates.
All designs, content, and materials on our website are the property of PrintDesk. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.
PrintDesk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order.
We collect and use your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our data practices.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
